Frequently Asked Questions:

What is the typical budget for furnishing a room with your design services?
Room budgets can vary widely depending on your space and needs. I work with you to create a shopping list that fits your goals and preferred retailers. Typically, furnishing and styling a room might range from $2,000–$5,000. Decorating and styling only (no large furniture) can cost between $800- $1500. These estimates do not include design fees. I also offer guidance on sourcing secondhand or reusing existing pieces as part of a more sustainable—and budget-friendly—approach.

What is the process once I book a virtual design service?
It’s simple and collaborative:
-
You’ll fill out a questionnaire so I can get to know your style, space, and needs.
-
We’ll schedule your virtual consultation
-
I’ll create a mood board, color palette, and custom shopping list for your space. The shopping list will have between 5-15 items depending on your needs. You will have the opportunity to give feedback before the shopping list is finalized.
-
You purchase the items and implement the design at your own pace, with support from me along the way.
My goal is to make the process fun, approachable, and tailored to how you actually live.
